Well
Water from the well is used to replenish the pool water, which is slightly salty, just above WHO guidelines. The well water is pumped into a 1-cubic-meter tank located on the first floor, from which it supplies the bathrooms (toilets, bidets, sinks) to avoid high consumption from the municipal water supply. The showers, kitchen water, and water supplied to the bungalows come from the municipal water system (MAWASCO). Wastewater from the bathrooms is discharged into two septic tanks and then into a soakaway. The internal water and wastewater systems have been surveyed.

The total land area is 1 acre (4,040 m²) and faces the road leading to Mayungo. The road is lit, and the property has security lights, some of which are powered by solar panels.
